Plasticuts is a website where you can order custom cut-to-size acrylic sheets online.

Go to our homepage and select a shape to get started. You can then enter your part dimensions and order quantity.

You have two options for how the edges of your acrylic sheet are finished: Either "Standard Edges" or "Premium Edges". Standard edges - which is our standard routered finish - are suitable for a wide range of commercial and residential applications such as do-it-yourself projects, garage window replacement, cabinet window replacement, or machine guards. Our premium edge finish is polished and smooth to the touch. Choose the premium edge option for applications such as bookshelves, table/desk covers, signage, sneeze guards, or whenever a smooth finished edge is required. See edge finishing examples.

Currently we only ship to Canadian residences and businesses.

Currently we only custom cut acrylic sheets.

We do not have sccess to your credit card details at any time in the transaction process. Your payments are processed by Stripe, who are one of the largest payment processors in the world.

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from our manufacturing facility in Ontario, Canada. The final arrival time will depend on your location.

As all our products are custom-cut, we are not able to accept returns.
